Processing time

These are pre-orders. Estimated shipping is between middle and late September. Thank you for your patience — you'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

We ship within the United States only.

Pre-order shipping disclaimer

The estimated shipping window is shown at checkout and acknowledged before payment. Shipping and customs processes outside our control may cause delays. By completing a pre-order purchase, you acknowledge and agree that delivery may occur later than disclosed due to these factors, and you accept these terms before placing your order.

Items will ship as soon as they become available and may not all ship at the same time.

Shipments delayed or lost in transit

We carefully track every shipment, but in the rare event your order is lost, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns & refunds policy

Final sale

All purchases are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds are not offered and cancellations are not accepted — all sales are final.

An exception will be made for a quality issue raised within 7 days of order delivery.

Eligible returns

Where an exception applies, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• Items are unused, in pristine condition, and in original packaging with all inserts and accessories.
• Items purchased as a bundle are returned as a complete bundle with all included items — items cannot be returned separately.

Damages or incorrect shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing [email protected]. Please provide clear photos and details so we can assist promptly.

Approved cases will receive a return label and instructions; all items must be returned in original packaging. Claims submitted after 7 days cannot be guaranteed a replacement or refund.
